The First Two Fridays of Each Month
Host and tour guide Barbara Milne takes you to Hamilton’s top galleries, where you can catch Friday Night Openings, meet the artists, learn about their work, and meet other fine arts enthusiasts like yourself on the bus.
Hamilton has a vibrant visual arts scene; there is something for everybody. Acting as a ‘vehicle’ for the promotion of art; working to create a public appreciation of the contribution of fine art to our lives. The Art Bus gets you and your friends to where it is all happening!
When: the first and second Friday evening of every month, 6:30 pm to about 10 to 10:30 pm.
Where: The tour starts at The Pearl Company (16 Steven St. at King William) at 6:30pm. The bus brings you back there at about 10 pm or so for an apres-tour wind-down.
Cost: $15.00 per person, with free parking (with a flyer from The Pearl on the dashboard) at the Mediserve parking lot near The Pearl Company, plus a complementary bag of arts information and coupons.
To book for yourself, or a group, call Barbara at The Pearl Company, 905 524-0606 or 905 520-0445 or email: barbaramilne@cogeco.ca. Pre-booking is essential. The bus is very popular and fills up fast.
